Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) has an immediate opening for a qualified Data Assurance Clerk.  Individual is responsible for compiling data and preparing data packs for the Production Departments.   This is a 1st shift position.    Individual will maximize productivity at minimum cost of assigned department(s).  Offer support and direction to hourly staff to meet company productivity and quality objectives.   Interested candidates should apply at

  • Pre- Data pack each route card.
  • Create Packing Slips and COFC for each job being sent out.
  • Check for all Certs from CPP- Cudahy & OP Certs.
  • Pulling parts from stock.
  • Filing all Data Packs with Route Cards.
  • Putting together all tracking & Invoicing.
  • Pre paring data packs for Source.
  • Pulling correct P.O.S for source.
  • Allocating parts to stock for shipping.
  • Calling & scheduling pick – UPS, FEDEX, and Freight Carriers for shipping parts.
  • Acquire additional certifications and credentials as required for work or career development
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
  • Ability to work overtime when required
  • Work on/participate in special projects as needed or assigned by Management
  •  High school diploma or equivalent.
  •  3-5 years of experience in a foundry/manufacturing environment
  •  Intermediate Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Suite, knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Organizational Skills
  • Bilingual a plus
