Execute goals and objectives for the DS Shell department on 3rd shift to meet daily safety, quality, and production requirements. Work together with team members and other team leaders to monitor standard work and process flow within the work area to meet customer requirements. Promote safety goals.   • Follow Leader Standard Work (LSW).
  • Ensure people are available for critical positions.

  • Initiate improvement & prevention in safety.
  • Communicate employee issues to Managers.
  • Communicate problems to Managers.
  • Participate in cost reduction efforts.

  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience:  At least one year’s experience in the DS Shell Department
  • Certifications/Licenses:  None
  • Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Knowledge of company systems, processes, procedures and policies. Knowledge of systems and processes in the area in which they have worked. Basic computer skills and understanding of Oracle. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to use basic gages and measuring devices. Ability to read and understand diagrams. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to deal with problems.
