Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) has an immediate need for Finishers to join our team on third shift   This position reports to the Finishing/NDT Manufacturing Manager. Finishers inspect and/or remove defects on casting parts to assure they meet customer specifications. Experience preferred. Must be able to train from  6:00AM -2:30PM, in addition may be required to work overtime hours on week-ends.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Inspect casting parts for surfaces that are outside specifications
  • Grind, blend and smooth out defects
  • Finish interior and exterior surfaces
  • Follow all safety/security policies, practices and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • No experience required; some manufacturing experience preferred
  • Mechanical skills needed
  • Must be able to read
  • Must be able to write legibly
