CPP- Minneapolis- Project Manager (Minneapolis, MN)

Job Summary:

Responsible for project management of site projects, strategy, and business case development, and implementation of new capabilities and process controls. Typical workload includes multiple highly visible projects.

Essential Job Functions:

Own, direct, and manage projects from beginning to end. Define project scope, success and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with third party vendors.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify risks and issues and devise mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Plan, schedule and track project milestones. Estimate resources and participant needs to deliver project on time and budget.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and requirements.
Engage and information leadership as needed and coach team members in regards to process improvement efficiencies.
Engage with customer project teams to align project milestones and goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required or related field is preferred
Experience: 2-4 years previous experience in a Project Management
Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Gant Chart experience. Excellent written, verbal & presentation communications skills. Ability to work effectively throughout all levels of the organization, including directly with our customers. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Strong mathematical skills.
