- Shipping Clerk 2nd Shift (2:00PM-10:30PM) (Eastlake, OH)

JOB SUMMARY

Maintain product flow to and from outside service vendors. This position is a 2nd shift position (8:00am-4:30pm) but will need to train on 1st (6:00a-2:30p) and 3rd (10:00p-6:30a) shifts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Review PEIs.
Verify that casting meets PEI.
Mark castings per instructions using an air-powered Vibropeen.
Communicate with outside vendors.
Enter information in computer to create Purchase Order (P.O.)
Pack castings for shipment.
Check incoming castings from internal and external suppliers.
Receive PO back into the system.
Move product to next operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience: 6 months experience using Oracle
Certifications/Licenses: Valid drivers license required.
Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Read. Write legibly. Basic computer skills. Knowledgeable in the use of Oracle. Good verbal communication skills. Good written communication skills. Detail oriented. Sense of urgency.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working Environment: Can be cold: next to shipping and the outside bay door
Physical Demands: Sitting/Standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 20lbs, extended periods of time using a computer screen, extended periods of time talking, listening. Bending. Reach.
Required PPE: Check for required PPE in areas you may be working in
Safety Glasses: Needed in all areas of the plant.
Steel toe shoes: Needed in all areas of the plant.
