JOB SUMMARY

To keep finished product moving through the wax production areas. Work with certified operators moving molds, process molds through wax assembly, make sub-assemblies, move molds to dip line.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
 
  • Be able to lift heavy weight parts and sub-assemblies for 50% of the shift
  • Enter data into the system accurately.
  • Move product to specific locations for next operation to be performed.
  • Being able to organize work area daily
  • Dip wax patterns and sub-assemblies
  • Be able to accurately track plates/downpoles in storage unit
  • Move molds to the dip line, stage molds for the dip room
  • Navigate the Quality Control Database to find information.
  • Prepare and complete paperwork.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) not needed.
  • Experience: No prior experience required
  • Certifications/Licenses:  None
  • Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Basic computer skills. Familiarity with navigating in computer applications.  Ability to read and to write legibly. Ability to comprehend instructions. Team oriented.  Good interpersonal skills. Good conflict management skills. Task oriented. Sense of urgency.

  • Working Environment: Shop floor
  • Required PPE: Check for required PPE in areas you may be working in
  • Safety Glasses:  Needed in all areas of the plant.
  • Steel toe shoes:  Needed in all areas of the plant.
