Quality Assurance Technician

Primary Purpose: 

This Technician position has primary responsibility for surveillance of the company' training programs, including: accessing training records, running various reports, spreadsheet manipulation, documentation updates, and communicating with the company’s leadership. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Learn and use the company’s electronic training software 

  • Use of MS Office Tools; Excel, Word, and Outlook, ETC 

  • Data entry 

  • Technical writing  

  • Attention to detail 

  • Auditing of compliance to procedures 

  • Scanning and filing of documents 

  • Timely report generation 

  • Effective written and verbal communication 

Safety Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to adhere to all site safety policies and procedures 

  • Will be required to access all areas of the plant 

Quality Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accuracy of reports 

  • Develop an understanding of the company Quality Management System 

Productivity Responsibilities:  

  • Utilize effective time management to manage multiple priorities  

Cost Responsibilities:

  • Ability to execute duties while minimizing waste  

Miscellaneous Responsibilities: 

  • Ability to work overtime 

  • Attendance/Reliability 


Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required 

  • Experience: 2 years of experience with MS Office use preferred 

  • Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Critical thinking, Windows PC familiarity,
