(CPP) is currently seeking a driven individual to join our Wollaston Alloys CPP Boston as a Customer Service Representative candidate will be responsible for interfacing with our customer base on new and existing order inquiries, order status as well as working with internal functions to assist in the coordination of product flow and shipments. Major Responsibilities
- Resolves customer requests, questions, and complaints, frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine the best use of resources.
- Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments
- • Solicits sales of new or additional services.
- Operates office equipment, including computers and terminals, as necessary.
- Provides pricing and delivery information, processes orders, and prepares cash reports.
- • Sets up new accounts, maintains records, prepares reports, and performs work processing assignments and related clerical duties.

- Basic understanding of the English Language
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Public safety and security
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures
- Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Attention to detail, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), ability to work with others through complex situations
