JOB SUMMARY
At the direction of the General Manager, oversee Production and Operations to ensure that the plant meets production needs, regulatory requirements, and profitability targets for an Investment Casting facility comprised of 115+ employees.

Plan, budget and develop projects that increase productivity, reduce operational costs, reduce scrap, and improve product quality.

Perform administrative functions, such as budgeting, reviewing or writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and purchasing materials or services.

Oversee the performance of three area Manufacturing Managers, three Manufacturing Engineers, and the Process Control Manager.

Confer with General Manager regularly to discuss individual problem issues or areas.
