We are looking for a Spa Attendant for the Female Locker Room who can provide our spa guests with warm, professional and genuine assistance.
JOB SUMMARY: Spa Attendants are primarily responsible for the smooth, efficient operation and impeccably neat and clean appearance of all areas of the Healing Arts Center including the Locker Room, Front Desk and Pool. It is the daily function of the Spa Attendant to ensure each area of the locker room is fully stocked with products and amenities. Locker Room includes the area front desk, locker bays, wet areas (including outdoor basking pool), and fitness center.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ensures that all supplies and refreshments are stocked, available and offered to guests including but not limited to towels, water, tea and fruit
- Ensures that facilities in the Front Desk/Locker room are kept impeccably neat and clean, and in safe conditions at all times, notifying a Supervisor/Manager immediately when facilities need servicing/repairing
- Greet guests politely ensuring they are checked into the Locker Room in a timely fashion
- Take care of guest needs, giving each guest a robe, sandals and tour of Locker Room facility
- Complete all checklists as directed by the Supervisor/Manager
- Level one knowledge of current booking system (look up guests’ appointments, print itinerary)
- Constant interaction with our guests offering products and amenities
- Monitor our guests to ensure we are providing everything they need
- Ensures that the facilities in the Front Desk/Locker Area are kept impeccably neat and clean, and in safe conditions at all times, notifying a Supervisor/Manager when facilities need service/replacing
- Assists with the housekeeping duties as needed
- Level one knowledge of current booking system (look up guests’ appointments, print itinerary, etc.)
- Ensures guest safety by showing them proper user of facilities
- Constant interaction with our guests offering products and amenities
- Monitor the guest use of facilities, making sure that guests do not endanger themselves with overuse of facilities (i.e., Steam room, sauna, whirlpools)
- Ensures that facilities are kept impeccably neat and clean, and in safe condition at all times, notifying a Supervisor/Manager immediately when facilities need servicing/repairing
- Responsible for the replenishment of cabin and locker room products as directed by Supervisor/Manager
- Reports and documents any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures to a Supervisor/Manager immediately
- Is aware at all times who is in the Locker rooms
- Notifies a Supervisor/Manager immediately if there is suspicious behavior that may put staff or guests in danger
- Adheres to Cavallo Point values for guest and staff member interaction
- Takes ownership of guest’s problems or complaints and refers situations to a Supervisor/Manager if unable to fully satisfy the guest
- Rotates stock and perishables as set down by management
