JOB SUMMARY: Design, coordinate and implement training programs for all line staff, supervisors and managers. Diagnose training needs using data from our guests, employees and management and then create a plan of action to maintain positive results to overcome obstacles, mistakes and inefficiencies. Direct, coordinate and maintain the Designated Training Program. To upkeep all company standards, policies and procedures and assist the managers and Human Resources to create, re-design and implement new policies, procedures and programs to enhance employee loyalty and growth.
Relationships:
This is a very visible position. The Training & Development Manager must build relationships with all property managers. Visit all departments regularly, attending line-ups and getting to know the staff; being an ambassador for Cavallo Point’s Legendary Culture, and nurturing relationships naturally.
