We are looking for a Guest Relations Specialist with experience working in a guest/client facing capacity. This role will rotate and master all Front Office/Rooms Division departments including Front Desk, PBX, Reservations and Guest Relations. Must be friendly, outgoing and able to multi-task. Provides professional, efficient, courteous registration and cashiering services to our guests. Must be informed; be prepared to answer guest inquiries and questions accurately and knowledgeably. Previous hotel experience is a plus.
