  • Reviewing/Interviewing applicants
  • Conduct Orientation
  • Onboarding Procedures
  • Maintain annual compliance documents
  • Post open position on social media and job boards
  • employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Maintain Employee recognition programs
  • Assisting with other HR functions

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF RECRUITER:

  • Knowledge of recruitment process
  • Able to exercise great initiative in independent judgement
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Able to interpret employment legislation, policies and agreements
  • Able to establish and maintain positive work environment
  • Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills
  • Ability to speak, write and read English language

QUALIFICATIONS OF RECRUITER:

  • At least 2 years Recruitment experience or pursuing degree in Human Resources
  • Acceptable Criminal Background Check
  • Flexible schedule to work outside normal business hours occasionally
  • Valid Drivers License

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF RECRUITER:

The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to thirty pounds.
