ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER:

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

  • Meet on site with customers and follow-up on customer inquiries and questions
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Perform on site customer quality inspections
  • Review on site customer supply closet inventory levels
  • Identify site deficiencies and coach staff to improve
  • Oversee warehouse supply functions/distribution and communicate expectations
  • Oversee warehouse equipment tracking and maintenance
  • Oversee chemical distribution, training, and compliance for customer requirements
  • Prioritize supply deliveries to customer facilities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER:

  • Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments

QUALIFICATIONS FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Acceptable Criminal Background Check
  • 3-5 years of Business experience
  • General cleaning knowledge - preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER:

The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to thirty pounds.
