Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration- JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR -WARSAW- 2ND SHIFT (Warsaw, IN)

Essential Functions for a Warsaw supervisor:
Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing cleaners for a specific building(s) or area
Verifying the cleanliness of the assigned areas
Respond to customer inquiries and address inefficiencies as needed with staff
Perform daily cleaning duties and fill in as needed
Maintaining and inspecting janitorial equipment, janitor closets, and proper labeling of chemicals
Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

Ability to supervise others
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good client/customer service skills
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work effectively with a team and/or independently as needed

Requirements for Application:

Valid driver’s license
Acceptable driving record
Acceptable criminal background check
Some facilities may have COVID vaccine/exemption requirements

Physical Demands:

Routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds
