We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodial engineer you position includes cleaning supply repair, maintaining work area and inventory.
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:
  • Perform cleaning and/or light maintenance assignments
  • Respond and attend to repair requests
  • Troubleshoots and repair equipment malfunctions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of Custodial Engineer:
  • Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
  • Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
  • Prior cleaning equipment repair knowledge (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
Qualifications of Custodial Engineer:
  • Acceptable Criminal Background Check – Required
  • Valid Drivers license
