Maintain the highest standards in integrity focusing directly on our customer's needs, be passionate about our business and maintain an immediate sense of urgency to our customers.
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
  • Maintain the time keeping system; breaks, missed punches, schedules, reports, etc.
  • Process and pre-screen applicants and schedule for on-site interviews
  • Maintain multiple data bases for tracking purposes
  • Assist Accounting and Human Resource Departments with various projects/tasks
  • Back up Receptionist as needed
  • Must be detailed orientation and have analytical skills
  • Excellent Computer skills - proficient with Microsoft office and excel spreadsheets
  • Very Organized and drive to complete tasks correctly and within required time frame
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks and work on several projects at once
  • Be flexible as deadlines and situations change on a regular basis
  • Have a positive and productive attitude
  • 1 year of related experience required
