Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a dependable, organized Warehouse, Delivery, and Equipment Maintenance Associate to support warehouse operations, deliver supplies, and perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance. This hands-on position reports to the Warehouse Manager and helps keep our teams supplied and our equipment ready for use.

Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory

  • Receive, check in, and stock janitorial supplies.
  • Accurately pick and prepare customer supply orders for delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and keep supplies organized.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, including scrubbing warehouse floors.
  • Notify the supply order team of customer order changes or concerns.

Deliveries & Customer Support

  • Pick up and deliver supplies and equipment as requested.
  • Photograph supplies in customer supply closets to help Operations monitor stock levels.
  • Communicate supply concerns to the supply order team for follow-up.
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service.

Equipment & Property Maintenance

  • Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on small equipment, including floor machines, sweepers, and backpack vacuums.
  • Replace, repair, install dispensers and coordinate equipment and dispenser installations.
  • Assist with fleet vehicle upkeep, including washing trucks.
  • Perform light facility maintenance and laundry duties as needed.
  • Maintain outdoor common areas, including snow removal, salting, lawn care, and weed control.
  • Assist with janitorial, restoration, and other customer needs as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift and hand pallet jack. (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and small equipment maintenance.
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, use good judgment, and work independently.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Physical Requirements

This position involves routine walking, standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Outdoor duties may require working in inclement weather.
