Under the direction of the president, this position is responsible for managing mitigation claims. Manage restoration, loss and repair claims from inception to completion. Ensure quality customer service is provided to the client at all times. Responsible for supervising technicians and project managers.

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:
  • Scope, estimate and manage restoration projects in a timely manner.
  • Manage restoration projects in a timely manner.
  • Maintain night and weekend emergency service call schedule.
  • Manage technicians, project managers and subcontractors.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Analyze problems and makes recommendations to resolve problems
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries and questions.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with insurance companies.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, employees and subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and quality.
  • Complete all paperwork.
  • Prioritize projects.
  • Review paperwork with customer at the end of each job.
  • Schedule technician assignments.
  • Exercise good judgment when negotiating new business.
  • Manage restoration: floor care, mitigation – drying, repair insurance work, window cleaning.
  • Manage air duct cleaning and window cleaning.
  • Responsible for compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
  • Responsible for hiring and training new technicians.
  • Troubleshoot cleaning equipment, drying equipment and truck mounts and repair as needed.

  • Must have working knowledge and experience with all products used for water damage, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, drying equipment, fire damage and the safe handling of these products.
  • Familiar with cleaning equipment maintenance
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Acceptable Criminal Background Check
  • 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience
  • 3 years supervisory experience
  • General construction knowledge a plus
  • 5 years prior experience in the field 
  • Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certified - (Preferred)
  • Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certified - (Preferred)
  • Applied microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) certified - (Preferred)
This work requires routine walking, standing, bending, climbing, carrying items weighing 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Working in inclement weather, work with caustic chemicals, work in confined spaces and no fear of heights. Work long hours.
