MONDAY - FRIDAY, MANDATORY ROTATING WEEKENDS
PAY: $17.00 PER HOUR

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) OF JANITORIAL TEAM LEAD:

  • Overseeing cleaners for a specific building(s) or area
  • Verifying the cleanliness of the assigned areas
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address inefficiencies as needed with staff
  • Perform daily cleaning duties and fill in as needed
  • Maintaining and inspecting janitorial equipment, janitor closets, and proper labeling of chemicals
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF JANITORIAL TEAM LEAD:

  • Ability to supervise others
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good client/customer service skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively with a team and/or independently as needed

QUALIFICATIONS OF JANITORIAL TEAM LEAD:

  • Supervisory Experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Acceptable Driving Record
  • Acceptable Criminal Background Check
  • Some facilities may have COVID vaccine/exemption requirements

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF JANITORIAL TEAM LEAD:

  • Routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to thirty (30) pounds
