$55,000-$75,000 *NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXP*

Under the direction of the VP of Operations, this position is responsible for day to day operation of services to commercial contract accounts.  Responsible for the planning and operations of business area, ensuring consistent quality customer service is provided to the client at all times. Manages the Supervisors – General and Medical Cleaners. Facilitates the staffing and cleaning assignments for business area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF 2ND SHIFT OPERATIONS MANAGER:
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

• Manage commercial contract business
• Manage staffing requirements
• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and questions
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
• Maintain open communication with customers, employees and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to company standards and quality
• Complete all paperwork
• Prioritize projects
• Schedule cleaner assignments
• Exercise good judgment when negotiating new business

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS OF 2ND SHIFT OPERATIONS MANAGER:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable Criminal Background Check 
• 3-5 years of Operations Management experience 
• General cleaning knowledge - preferred
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience and 2-3 years of management experience or BA Business Management and 2 years of applicable experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF 2ND SHIFT OPERATIONS MANAGER:

This work requires routine walking, standing, bending, climbing, carrying items weighing up to thirty pounds and working in inclement weather.
