QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in leasing and a proven closing track record
  • Organized, self-motivated and able to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in apartment management
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Law a plus
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Posting Craigslist ads and Yardi a plus)
  • A professional appearance and a great attitude
  • Must have a great sense of humor
  • Good credit history is required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Show available units and conduct open houses
  • Schedule move-ins and move-outs
  • Coordinate vendors and maintenance
  • General cleaning of common areas
  • Attend to resident requests
  • Prepare and execute leases
  • Rent collection
  • Serve notices and renewals
  • Assist in all aspects of daily property operations
  • Address complaints and resolve problems
  • Thorough knowledge, implementation and enforcement of all policies and procedures
  • Schedule all vacant unit turnovers to ensure timely completion
