Desirable qualifications include an understanding of first-grade Indiana content standards, a solutions-oriented mindset, the ability to take risks in classroom management and instructional practices, a basic knowledge of Google tools, openness to opportunities to improve and grow professionally with other teacher team members, and the ability to participate in professional communication with parents.
Although experience is unnecessary, all qualifying candidates must have a teaching license to begin the 2023/2024 school year.
Candidates must be able to walk up and down stairs and move freely across our multi-building campus.
