Description:
 Talent in activities related to recent acquisitions.
 Responsibilities to include:Leading various projects simultaneously to plan and execute the deal strategy for Global Talent functions: mainly Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
Work closely with SMEs to define strategy and plan Coordinate execution activities with the Global Talent teams, HR teams, and other business functions (e.g., Legal, Procurement), as well as vendors and Target company’s resources
 Â Develop, track and maintain reporting on plan, progress, risks, and dependencies.
Develop communication and change management materialsAd hoc activity related to the integration within Talent sub functions
This position is required for a period of 6-12 monthsRequired Knowledge and Skills Include3+ years of M&A implementation experience in HR and/or Talent areaExperience leading multiple, complex regional and global projectsDetail-oriented with proven ability to multi-task, manage time with competing priorities and aggressive timelines to achieve goals and close issuesAbility to critically analyze an issue using data and process-based evidenceExperience working in a large, global and matrixed, fast paced environmentExceptional experience with problem solvingExcellent project management skillsStrong cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong communication and relationship building skills. 
Familiarity with talent and performance management process and systems (Workday) a plusAgility, ability to adjust and be proactive in a consistently changing environmentSense of urgencyAdvanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics functions.
