As Director of Architecture, you will be part of a highly visible team passionate about supporting Client’s Asia Pacific and Latin America (APLA) Geography team. You will support our business partners as they plan and execute how Client shows up in local markets and key cities. Whether it's driving world class integrations with strategic retail partners, improving the experience in a wholesale showroom, or working with 3PLs to get product to market on time. They're crafting a vision for the future of sport, and you'll be there to enable them through the future of technology.

JOB:
  • You'll lead solution architecture efforts, including solution designs and end to end architectures.
  • Leads team of solution architects and technical architects passionate about supporting the APLA geography team
  • Understands, communicates, and is an advocate for business and technology needs across all global Markets
  • Define technical vision and strategies that lead to outstanding solutions and greater business agility.
  • Craft domain roadmaps that guide technical architectures and drive priority conversations.
  • Partner with delivery leaders on technology and vendor assessments.
  • Understand the geographies and each territory and promote that reusability is a priority.
  • Bring innovative technology to bear on problems and promote the art of the possible.
  • Ensures solution designs are consistent and developed based on architecture roadmaps, reference architectures and enterprise platforms
     
Qualifications:
 
  • Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate technology strategy, requirements and architecture conversations with all partners (management, business users, and technology resources).
    Experience communicating and collaborating with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds and languages.
    Ensures architecture alignment across domains and enabling functions (verticals and horizontals)
    Consistent record of leading within sophisticated organizations requiring strong influence leadership skills - ability to work cooperatively at all levels in matrix environment.
    Strong facilitation skills and experience in handling senior stakeholder relationship, partnership and interactions.
    Self-starter with high motivation and passion who thrives in an ever-changing, exciting environment with the ability to adapt to change.
    Strong leadership, confidence, and influencing skills.
    Large enterprise experience including global experience with solution design.
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
    6+ years of experience in performing the responsibilities of solution architecture and technology road-map creation.
    Experience with Microservice architecture, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Java, Javascript, REST API.

3. Experience with global organization comparable to scope/scale of big Organization
