Job description
The Maintenance Manager is fundamental to our team. You’ll be overseeing the maintenance function, with at least 10 direct reports as well as responsible for 3 shifts. This is key to our success, and so are you.
Are coaching and developing employees something you’re passionate about? Do you have experience in developing a Total Production Maintenance (TPM) system and preventative plan? Great! You’ll collaborate with other teams, coordinating maintenance activities with procurement, production, engineering and quality control departments to achieve minimal downtime/failures. This role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks evaluating current and future state of maintenance, tracking and reporting on efficiency of operations, ensuring machines have effective preventative maintenance, installing and supporting SAP and making sure a 99.5% uptime goal is achieved.

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ total years’ experience in maintenance engineering field in a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years maintenance management experience
- Proven experience in project management execution, budget planning and managing as well as experience with TPM and/or Lean initiatives
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience implementing predictive/preventive maintenance programs preferred
