The rotating day shift Production Supervisor is fundamental to our team. You’ll be overseeing the production function, with at least 18 direct reports. This is key to our success, and so are you.
This role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and conducting regular visual line checks to ensure proper dating, labeling, and packaging.

This role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and conducting regular visual line checks to ensure proper dating, labeling, and packaging.
What you'll need to be successful and safe:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Are you able to work Monday - Friday on a rotating day shift schedule and average between 40 to 50 hours per week?
- Is your passion leading team members to achieve production targets in a safe and efficient manner? If you have at least 5 years leading a production team, then we need you!
- Is the best still not good enough? If continuous improvement for safety, quality, cost and customer service goals keep you up at night then apply now.
- Do you have a "go getter" mentality and an entrepreneurial drive?
- Experience: Food (GMP knowledge), 5+ years of Sup exp. Someone that can step into the Production Mgr. role in the next 5-6 years. Education: Bachelor’s Degree Management Style: Coach and Development, Know and understand they have to be able to flow between styles. Hands on. Must be able to work 3rd shift.
