Title: NetSuite OpenAir Business Analyst @ Remote

Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Open Air Administration - responsible for administration, support, and on-going configurations & customizations of their NetSuite OpenAir system and new business applications. Create mock screens and modules to demonstrate the effectiveness of usage of financial modules in OpenAir. Customize the existing modules to ongoing changes required by the Organization. Other responsibilities include creating new users, user permissions, saved searches, custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Perform integration, configuration, data migration and user access control settings involving NetSuite. Tech/Functional skill-set to handle all back-end development along with the ability to collaborate with key executives of the organization. Optimizing the NetSuite ERP & eCommerce platform & automating key business processes, creating workflows, saved searches, & dashboards. Coordination with NetSuite on outages, software updates, etc. and partnership with appropriate GBT system owners for communication & coordination
  • Handle support function within OpenAir – Technology Project creation, Task allocation, Budget allocation & adjustment, User profile activation and Deactivation, WIP adjustments, forecast correction, project closure, Timesheet rejection, Task creation, Update Work Schedules, create new reports, Update OPC 3rd Party cost
  • Project Management other support function – creation of Workday dashboard to leaders, support onboarding/offboarding process for hiring managers, maintain issue track within JIRA for the technology portfolio.
  • Reporting – Provide Weekly, Monthly reports to Leadership and PM community on the financial health status of the projects. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
  • Timesheet analysis – Monitor Timesheet and provide periodic reports to Organization highlighting Submitted, Approved and Pending timesheet information. Adhoc timesheet analysis to validate accuracy & adherence.
  • Financial Analysis – monitor and report variances to plan
  • Creation of project financial reports to Technology Project Managers and Directors
  • Support for vendor and Workforce Logiq billing reconciliation
  • Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization
  • Create Financial Management templates for various reporting needs
  • Develop meaningful metrics that measure the effectiveness of IT delivery and identify and implement improvements
  • Monitor program risks through an on-going process of identifying, assessing, tracking, developing, and executing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Designed and conducted regular audits to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Implement the on-boarding policies, procedures, and practices of new members to the organization
  • Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
Skills Requirements:
