Role Description
  • Be a key contributor to the strategy, design, and management of the enterprise IAM program
  • Act as the Team Lead for IGA and PAM functions within the broader IAM organization
  • Serve as the Technical Product Owner for SailPoint IdentityNow
  • Serve as the Technical Product Owner for various PAM solutions
  • Design IAM processes and identify opportunities for improvements
  • Integrate target systems to achieve identity lifecycle, provisioning, certification, federation, password management, and reporting capabilities
  • Engineer technical configuration changes to deployed solutions
  • Provide IAM subject matter expertise in a variety of technical and non-technical settings
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks related to IAM controls
  • Form collaborative relationships with IT and Business stakeholders by listening, clarifying, and responding thoughtfully and courteously
  • Act with integrity and support the Client mission, vision, strategy, and values
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of experience managing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions
  • 5+ years of experience managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
  • 2+ years of experience designing, engineering, and managing SaaS IGA solutions, specifically SailPoint IdentityNow
  • Relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g. CIAM, CISSP, CISA, ITIL, etc.)
Knowledge / Skills:
  • Deep expertise in IGA and PAM architecture, configuration, and support
  • Extensive knowledge of IAM principles and concepts
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and web services integrations
  • Understanding of HR processes and identity lifecycle events (joiner-mover-leaver)
  • Familiarity with various compliance standards and control frameworks (e.g. PCI, JSOX, NIST)
  • Solid business acumen; understands how IAM supports business objectives
  • Thinks strategically and possesses strong analytical capabilities
  • Works well on a team but can also work with minimal supervision
  • Collaborates and works effectively with others
  • Self-starter, with intellectual curiosity and a desire to improve
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working through change
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with various levels within the organization, from Analysts to Executives
Preferred:
  • Advanced degree or certifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Leadership or Management of a team
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • SAP architecture and administration
  • ServiceNow ITSM and Integration Hub
  • Access Management and Single Sign On (SSO) solutions
