Detailed Requirements:

As the Director of Platform Development, you will play a vital role in staffing the platform team and helping the team onboard efficiently and rapidly achieve velocity. Once staffed, you will work with the team in an agile model, helping to incorporate the best practices in the industry for development teams and the products they create, at a group and at an individual level. This position is expected to be a hands-on position in which you will be spending roughly 50% of your time delivering development to the product.
You will work directly with  CTO and make a difference by being a software development professional and a leader, who enjoys technical challenges within a very fast-paced environment, and by working to help develop solutions for complex business challenges and strategy. Your leadership, mentoring and decision-making skills, coupled with you focus on future technology’s, strategy, execution and delivery; will make you an exceptional team leader. These skills, coupled with our need for the highest standards of coding, delivery, and quality translates into measurable success for our company.
We are looking for an excellent engineering leader that can bring their curiosity, customer obsession, and creative innovation to the first self-protecting data platform and help us realize our vision of making Client a key ingredient for any company’s data protection needs.

Skills required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years leading a team of software developers
  • 7+ years’ software development experience, with strong experience in .NET, ,NET Core, API development , C# , ASP.net,
  • Strong design and OOP skills with a passion for clean code.
  • 2+ years advanced Azure DevOps experience.
  • 7+ years’ experience in highly available, enterprise commercial client and web-based applications that support large transaction volumes.
  • 3+ years creating REST API platforms.
  • 7+ years’ experience of design, development, release cycle, and delivery of software products to market.
  • The ability to communicate and influence your team, peers, and other parts of the organization.
  • Must be a results-oriented expert who has demonstrated effective decision making and delivered results.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deep technical skills, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Must have an in-depth understanding and experience with both Front-End and Back-End development.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong SQL Server development experience.
  • Strong experience developing Windows, apple, cloud-based applications is preferred.
  • Azure AD development , Microsoft Graph API development, Google Suite Integration preferred.
  • WPF , XAML, Xamarin experience will be a big plus.
