Title: Senior Manager, Strategic Operations @ Denver, CO
Terms of Hire: Full Time.
Salary: $ 105,000–$150,000/yr+ Benefits.


Job description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Drive development, endorsement and socialization of Village-wide ORGANIZATIION strategic vision and rationale
    • Formulate overall vision for ORGANIZATIION to include growth and budget targets, core strategies, technology roadmaps and enabling capabilities
    • Work closely with Home Finance Team to understand key drivers of therapy economics
    • Maintain updated competitive intelligence to identify sources of differentiation for DaVita
    • Lead communication of strategic vision and rationale to all levels of teammates
  • Support ORGANIZATIION Growth and Retention Initiatives
    • Provide project management support, coordination, leadership and analytics to selected ORGANIZATIION growth and retention initiatives. (e.g. CKD education)
    • Direct project management of specific growth and patient retention initiatives. (e.g. software implementation)
    • Identify growth and retention strategies and tactics that will continue to build ORGANIZATIION modality census
  • Lead efforts to achieve operations excellence in ORGANIZATIION Operations
    • Support development and implementation of selected current ORGANIZATIION Operations Excellence initiatives. 
    • Develop and scale next-gen capabilities in therapy innovation, including remote monitoring technologies
    • Lead national efforts to establish operations excellence in ORGANIZATIION Operations including development and implement of BDPs, management of ORGANIZATIION innovation pilots and process improvements
    • Lead national efforts to optimize technology support of current and future state Home Operations (e.g. software upgrades, vendor initiatives, new devices)
    • Implement a continuous quality improvement culture in Home organization
  • Achieve cost/revenue effectiveness in ORGANIZATIION Operations
    • Identify profitability improvement levers to impact financial performance of ORGANIZATIION. (e.g. labor efficiency models, vendor supplies management, medication utilization)
    • Effectively manage portfolio optimization and execute on strategies that support an appropriate footprint for labor efficiency and future growth
    • Lead national initiatives to capture financial savings identified
Minimum Qualifications
  • P&L management experience preferred but not required
  • Healthcare experience highly desirable, but not required
  • Top tier management consulting experience preferred
  • MBA or graduate degree in natural sciences or healthcare-related field
  • Effective written and verbal communicator with all levels of management, executives and outside vendors
  • Strong executive presence and desire for frequent interactions with senior management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to lead and manage resources in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong project management skills including planning, development and delivery
  • Ability to take initiative, plan, prioritize and execute, independently, the completion of all projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through
  • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and the ability to multi-task effectively
