Job description:
Our client is looking for a Software Developer to join the team supporting NAVAIR 5.1.6.9 Joint Safe Escape Analysis Solution (JSEAS) program. Software development is performed within an Agile Scrum Team. Duties will include requirements analysis, design, development, test and deployment of software tools that comprise the JSEAS software solution for the Joint Strike Fighter program.
Essential Job Functions:
Interface directly with project managers, government stakeholders, vendors, and developmental organizations to identify software system requirements, software design and implementations for JSEAS. Provide inputs for sprint planning and execution to include scope, needs, and schedule. Design, develop, integrate and test target software.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Database Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science plus 3+ years of experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance.
Experience in Systems & Software requirements analysis, design, and systems integration pertaining to medium to high complexity hardware/software systems.S trong C#/C++ Knowledge and experience.
Excellent technical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills: C#.Agile Scrum. Experience with mission planning and/or Ballistics software. Knowledge of Software Development Engineering Processes.
