Salary: $ 130,000–$150,000/ YR + Benefits

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
This role is focused on development and test of wireless solutions, from initial system architecture through deployment. The RF/Wireless Engineer will partner with industry-leading solution providers to develop and field integrated communication transports.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Work across cross-functional engineering teams in-house and with strategic partners to build best-of-breed communication solutions
- Architect next-gen data solutions, including bridging of data transports
- Act as a leader in day-to-day engineering and development to build complete solutions
- Demonstrated experience with RF/Wireless system design
- Familiarity with market offerings for transport
- Experience with managing security vulnerabilities in information systems and wireless networks
- Strong technical leadership skills and ability to work across functions to build, document, and test new capabilities
- Active security clearance is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience with RF/Wireless system development
- The role is ONSITE working in the office with MERIT based remote work AFTER the initial period of 30+ days. 1. Demonstrated experience with RF/Wireless system design (DESIGN, DESIGN, DESIGN) 2. Technical leadership skills and ability to work across functions to build, document, and test new capabilities 3. 5 years of experience with RF/Wireless system development. ( The job states 7+ years, therefore, the candidates MUST have 5 years at a minimum.)
