SENIOR SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS:

3+ Years of Solutions Architecture & Design Experience: 

  • Highly proficient in current architectural principles (Functional and Technical) 

  • Determining requirements, creating estimates, identify dependencies, and initial designs 

  • Reviewing design documents, and participating in Design assessments  

  • Experience with creating/reviewing Non-functional & Functional requirements 

  • Troubleshooting of Pre and Post-production 

  • Leading Design Workshops and Active Diagram sessions  

  • IBM Maximo 

  • Oracle MPS Or MRP  

  • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) 

  • SAP EAM  

  • UpKeep  

  • MVP Plant  

  • Or any other relevant software 

 

Software/SDLC Focused Product Architecture Experience: 

  • Solutioning large applications consolidations or mergers 

  • Designing Software for Multiple Product Categories/Domains  

  • Consolidating and Merging Large Applications  

  • Great API/consuming experience 

  • Collaborating with Product Managers  

 

Digital Transformation Experience:  

  • Can speak to any Digital Transformation initiative they have been a part of 
    Great understanding of cloud technologies and ecosystems  

  • Differences between On-Premise and Cloud  

  • Great knowledge of different Databases and how they connect to the rest of the SDLC 

  • Large Retailer Experience (Walmart, Amazon, Kroger, Costco, Target, CVS, Home Depot, Walgreens, etc.) 

  • Telecommunications Background  

  • Supply Chain Background 

 

SENIOR SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the Functional/Technical SMEs for the Product Areas  

  • Work with Principal Architects on the team to understand the strategic vision 

  • Assessing project for Level of Effort estimate 

  • Collaborating with Project Management team 

  • Collaborating with other domains on the LOE 

  • Performing High-level solution design
