The Maintenance Manager is fundamental to our team. You’ll be overseeing the maintenance function, with at least 10 direct reports as well as responsible for 3 shifts. This is key to our success, and so are you.
Are coaching and developing employees something you’re passionate about? Do you have experience in developing a Total Production Maintenance (TPM) system and preventative plan? Great! You’ll collaborate with other teams, coordinating maintenance activities with procurement, production, engineering and quality control departments to achieve minimal downtime/failures. - Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ total years’ experience in maintenance engineering field in a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years maintenance management experience
- Proven experience in project management execution, budget planning and managing as well as experience with TPM and/or Lean initiatives
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience implementing predictive/preventive maintenance programs preferred
