Dwell's Digital Ad Operations Specialist manages the day-to-day operations of planning, executing and analyzing Dwell's digital advertising campaigns while working closely with the sales team, agencies, brands and partners. This is an individual contributor role based in Dwell’s San Francisco office.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Experience in digital media and advertising with at least 1 year of ad trafficking experience in a major commercial or in-house ad serving system and programmatic platform
  • Master of Excel, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and working knowledge of HTML, Flash, Rich Media, and Video Adserving
  • Possess strong analytical abilities and advanced data analysis skills
  • Excel at communicating with a knack for conversing with site managers and developers as well as account executives and clients/agencies to address client and sales needs in an expedient and courteous manner
  • Proven ability to handle a heavy workload, mediating many demands and requests with strong problem solving drive
  • Smart and quick proactive learner with organizational agility and strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about modern design, architecture and consumer products
You Will
  • Manage day-to-day operations in the planning, execution and analysis of Dwell's digital advertising campaigns
  • Streamline ad operations through the adoption of best practices
  • Operate as the in-house expert of internal and 3rd party ad technology and reporting systems
  • Support the achievement of aggressive revenue objectives
