Our Property

Role Summary

Each person will be the author of their own story and responsible for the success of their Internship journey. Following are a few tips for YOUR ROLE in ensuring your time in the Internships is successful.

Core Responsibilities

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done!  Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are

 
  • Line-level rotations through your assigned division

  • Attendance at THE CIRCLE orientation experience

 

You will receive a personalized Internships participant guide as part of your onboarding that will detail each of the above components for your specific area 

Required Qualifications

  • This program is only for those who are studying for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in Hospitality, Business Culinary, Engineering, Management, Tourism  or a combination of these.

  • Certified fluency in English and Spanish. (If it is applicable to your area)

  • Understanding of Auberge Resorts Collection history and vision.

  • Excellent overall communication skills

  • The ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Local, Mexico area, experience preferred.
