We are currently seeking an Information Technology or Information Systems Pathways Intern. At EPS our paid internship contract periods are 6 months in length with possible renewal based on leadership reviews at completion. Our internships are paid internships with the possibility for full-time or part-time, based on your scheduled. This position is located at our brand-new facility located in North Logan, Utah.

  • Assist in performing and automating hardware and software installation procedures
  • Administrate users and computers via Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Manage email and collaboration
  • Provide support in diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities
  • Lay cables and wires for networks and ensure that they are in good working order
  • Learn a wide variety of technologies and systems
  • Assist in handling data migration duties
  • Document all processes in reference manuals for training and guidance
  • Take user support requests and take measures to fulfill requests
  • Assist in hardware and software inventory management
  • Handle periodic maintenance of hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners and other peripherals
  • Participate in the development of software applications
  • Research computer and network system bugs and their solutions
  • Handle IT-related documentation and make sure that all IT supplies are available
  • Learn to work in an agile development environment
  • Provide users with ongoing assistance in their information technology problems
  • Coordinate the acquisition and provisioning of equipment and software
  • Develop incident response procedures and assist with business intelligence development activities

  • Candidate must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursing a technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
