We provide a range of in-home family counseling services, including Intensive Family Preservation Services (Homebuilders), Family Preservation Services (FPS), Parent-Child Interaction Training (PCIT), Project SafeCare, Triple P: Positive Parenting Program, and Promoting First Relationships (PFR), and more.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE
We are looking for a therapist/counselor with excellent communication skills and a passion for making a difference in their community to join our team. We provide a range of in-home family counseling services, including Intensive Family Preservation Services (Homebuilders), Family Preservation Services (FPS), Parent-Child Interaction Training (PCIT), Project SafeCare, Triple P: Positive Parenting Program, and Promoting First Relationships (PFR), and more.
Our therapists:
- Maintain small caseloads, providing the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of high-risk children and families.
- Provide a range of clinical, concrete and advocacy services tailored to each family.
- Work with families in their homes and, when applicable, in community settings.
- Schedule client sessions at times that are convenient for families, and at times family members most need our help and support, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Although the frequency of crisis calls is low, therapists are available on a 24/7 basis to respond to families when there is a crisis or urgent need.
Available positions:
- One full-time salaried position for Clark County
- One full-time salaried position for Cowlitz County
- One initially part-time/hourly position (non-benefit eligible) for Cowlitz County that can grow into a benefit eligible full-time position.
WHAT WE OFFER
Extensive Training and Support:
- At least four days of training in the first year
- Weekly team consultation to access support, skills, and assistance
- Ongoing quality enhancement activities to support model fidelity and clinical practice

Competitive Compensation:
- Master's degree: $55,978 - $60,456 annual salary, DOE; prorated for part time employees
- Bachelor's degree: $50,890 - $54,961 annual salary, DOE; prorated for part time employees
- Bilingual salary add-on (5% increase, add-on based on language(s) spoken and service area needs)
- Paid mileage and travel time
- This is a non-exempt position qualifiable for overtime compensation
HOW TO JOIN OUR TEAM
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field; OR undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field and at least two years’ experience working with children and/or families.
- Valid driver’s license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements.
- Ability and interest in working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Residence in the service area (or willingness to move upon hire)
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check.
- At least 21 years of age and live in the designated service area.
