We seek a motivated, organized individual to join our growing team of hospitality professionals. Candidates with Luxury hotel experience are preferred but not required. Experience:
- At least one year as a maintenance for a small to medium-sized business.
- Knowledge and experience with cleaning pools.
- Experience as a maintenance worker within the hospitality industry is not required but preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service.
- Prioritizing daily routine tasks.
- Assist with preventive maintenance issues and repairs at the Inn and Pink Adobe.
- General cleaning around the property, including the Pink Adobe.
- Organization and inventory of all department parts and tools.
- Assist with maintaining the pool area and chemicals to standards and per state regulations.
- Perform seasonally related tasks to maintain the proper appearance of the Inn and Pink Adobe, i.e., minor landscaping duties, snow removal, rain preparedness, fireplace lighting, and cleaning.
- Valet by Valet Guest's vehicles as needed.
- Able to shuttle Inn guests to desired destinations within authorized driving range.
- Assists with other tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
