Grace Hotel Santorini, Auberge Resorts Collection (www.aubergeresorts.com/gracehotel) is open for the summer season between 15 April 2023 and 31 October 2023. Having received consistent critical acclaim since it opened, the resort offers 21 rooms and suites and the Grace Villa. Enjoy magical views from a clifftop location on one of Greece’s most romantic islands. In 2016, the hotel underwent a full renovation of its luxurious rooms and suites and restaurant, opened a new Champagne lounge with breath-taking views of the Caldera, and created a yoga studio and fully equipped gym. ROLE SUMMARY
Join our team as Hotel Operations Manager and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the Front Office and Housekeeping teams,
services and procedures, while actively cooperate with he head of departments to ensure the smooth running of Hotel operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly into the General Manager, the responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Maintain a high morale and productivity and communication across Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Develop colleagues, Team Leaders and Managers by delegating tasks and
empower and coach them making sure they achieve the desired
results. - Oversee the Maintenance and Configuration of the Opera system ensuring
that input standards of profiles and reservations are correct, selling
strategies are being followed and the system is “cleaned” from duplicate
profiles and expired rates etc. on a regular basis. - Prepare the departmental budget and ensures measures are in place to achieve or
exceed the budgeted profit. - Ensure that all Grace Hotel Service Standards, policies and procedures are
properly understood, implemented administered and monitored
throughout the Hotel team. - Achievement of Key Performance Indicators related to financial, sales,
people, quality and guest satisfaction targets. - Development of PR/Sales & Marketing activities, business strategies and
new opportunities hence contributing to the short and long-term
organisational planning. - Conduct regular quality audits within public spaces, rooms, back of
the house, promptly undertaking necessary actions to guarantee the
delivering of highest quality of services. - Meeting and greeting Guests, including VIPs and major corporate clients
upon arrival and departure. - Monitoring and preparing appropriate replies to Guest’s satisfaction reports
on social media channels.
