Working in a collaborative team-based environment, the Analyst will support the Asset Management team to drive value within the residential portfolio.

This is a hybrid paid position for the duration of May to September.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and identify benchmarking data for operational excellence
Complete a detailed trend analysis of historical CHMC data to help inform decision-making on future developments
Perform on-site GTA parking audit; travel required
Assist with research and data entry in Excel/Power BI on historical data for trending analysis: Heighten focus on:
- Operational performance analysis comparative to external operators
- Market rent growth by – geography, supply growth, building age, building size, rental quartile.
- Map and explore new supply trends categorized by geography, building size, average rent and type
Conduct parking audits on-site (GTA)
Research to compliment Asset Strategy preparation for 2024
Ad hoc requests

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled as a Computer Science/Math/B Comm student with an interest in environmental impacts and planning to return to school fall 2023
- Eager for exposure to asset management
- Workable knowledge with Power BI is an asset
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions
- Detail oriented and able to effectively manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
