Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l‘occasion de : travailler comme homme/femme à tout faire pour un immeuble locatif à appartements multiples. Avec jusqu’à quatre ou 10 demandes de service par jour, soyez prêts à répondre à une variété de besoins en entretien, souvent selon un très court préavis et un degré d’urgence variable exprimé par des résidents et administrateurs. Les fonctions exigent de répondre deux fois par semaine à des situations urgentes concernant l’immeuble.

Responsabilités :

Nous recherchons une personne responsable et dévouée pour assumer les tâches quotidiennes comme les réparations, l’entretien de l’immeuble, les demandes de service et l’entretien du terrain.

Titres et qualités :

Posséder une connaissance générale des réparations en matière de plomberie, d’électricité, de murs secs, de peinture et d’appareils électroménagers. Doît être bilingue (français et anglais). Formation fournie au besoin.

In this role you will have the opportunity to: Work as a maintenance handyman/woman for a multi-residential apartment building. With as many as 4-10 service requests per day, be prepared to respond to any of a variety of maintenance needs, often with very little advance notice and a variable degree of urgency expressed residents and management. The role includes bi-weekly on call responsibilities for building emergencies.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated person who will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as repairs, building maintenance, service requests, groundskeeping.

Qualifications:

Must have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, painting, appliance repair. Must be bilingual (French/English). Training provided as needed.
