RESPONSABILITÉS
- Superviser les services aux locataires, l'administration de la propriété, les comptes payables et recevables
- Aider à la révision et à la négociation des contrats de services selon les règles de l’art
- Aider à la préparation des rapports financiers mensuels avec le service de la comptabilité pour examen par la haute direction
- Aider à la mise en place d'une planification financière, de rapports et d'un contrôle précis pour les budgets d'exploitation ainsi que les budgets d'immobilisations
- Superviser la préparation et la gestion des projets d'immobilisations, de leurs documents, contrats et fonctions connexes
- Administrer et organiser tous les contrats et des dossiers connexes
- Aider à l'élaboration et à l'administration du budget annuel d’opérations
- Communiquer avec le gestionnaire immobilier au sujet des opérations des propriétés
- Effectuer des inspections de bâtiments
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 ans et plus d'expérience en gestion immobilière avec des responsabilités de gestion administrative et financière
- Expérience en tant que gestionnaire de personnel, capable de motiver et de développer une équipe
- Une désignation de gestion immobilière (FMA, RPA, CPM) serait un atout
- Solides compétences en leadership, en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à faire preuve de jugement et à gérer de manière professionnelle des situations complexes ambiguës
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à s'épanouir dans un environnement au rythme rapide et à rester organisé
- Capacité à se tenir au courant du développement des technologies du bâtiment et à fournir des services de conseil sur les problèmes de construction
- Capacité à rechercher et à développer des améliorations de processus qui génèrent des gains d'efficacité
- Expérience dans le maintien des relations avec les locataires et la fourniture d'un excellent service client en rencontrant de manière proactive les locataires
- Une passion et un focus sur les questions environnementales et les moyens de réduire l'empreinte carbone

We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to oversee a commercial and industrial portfolio of properties. This role ensures that our building is presented and operated according to the highest possible standards by establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with tenants, staff, and contractors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee Tenant Services, Property Administration, Accounts Receivables and Payables
- Assist in the review and negotiation of building services contracts to ensure prudent, cost-effective practices are being followed
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports with the accounting department for review by senior management
- Assist in the delivery of accurate financial planning, reporting and control for operating budgets as well as capital budgets
- Oversee preparation and execution of capital project administration, documents, contracts and related functions
- Administer and maintain timely organization of all contracts and related files
- Assist with the development, submission and administration of the annual operating budget
- Communicate with the Property Manager any respective operations and any unusual matters which might affect approved plans and budgets
- Conduct building inspections
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of property management experience with administration and financial management responsibilities
- Proven experience as a people manager, able to motivate and develop a team
- A property management designation (FMA, RPA, CPM) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use sound judgment and deal in a professional manner with ambiguous complex situations
- Ability to multitask, thrives in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
- Ability to remain current on building technology development and provide consulting services on building issues
- Ability to seek and develop processes improvements that drive efficiencies
- Experience maintaining tenant relations and providing excellent customer service by proactively meeting tenants
- A passion and focus on environmental issues and ways to reduce carbon footprint
- Post secondary education required
