Reporting into the Manager of Industrial/Retail Asset Management, you will work on a team that oversees 12 million sq. ft. of assets valued at $4 billion. Having almost 700 tenants, we conduct over 100 lease transactions per year. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is interested in commercial real estate and eager to learn.

  • Complete reporting and analysis to support internal valuations, external appraisals, leasing and investment decisions.
  • Assist with the creation of annual operating budgets and business plans.
  • Perform financial reviews on prospective tenants as part of due diligence for lease transactions.
  • Assist in marketing efforts such as broker event planning and development of marketing materials.
  • Work with internal teams including Investments, Development, Accounting and Property Management to streamline property operations and drive returns.
  • Special projects as needed.

  • Currently enrolled in university, ideally in a business or real estate related degree and planning to return to school in fall 2024.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Argus experience is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
