Where do you see yourself? 

CONTRACT DURATION: 6 months (+ chance of extension)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Entry Level (must be able to demonstrate interest in accounting processes and procedures)

Working in a team environment, the Finance Management Assistant will focus on a variety of transactions and process documentation
. The Finance Assistant will complete the following duties in accordance with GWL Realty Advisors’ Policies and Procedures:

  • Run a variety of month end reports
  • Execute deposit procedures
  • Code payables and a variety of debits and credits
  • Address excel template formula issues for the AP and other teams
  • Assist the Cornerstone team with data conversion testing and reconciliation. 
  • Other duties as required
  • Eager for exposure to accounting processes
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel Accounting/early financial knowledge
  • Real estate skills/knowledge an asset but not necessary.
