In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

 

Drive the full-cycle recruitment process nationally for all lines of business. Keys for success are exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience advising business leaders about a clear and efficient recruitment process, and an initiative and drive to collaborate on talent acquisition projects.

This role is currently work from home and will be a hybrid model in the future.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, develop, and deliver talent acquisition solutions to source, attract, and hire the best talent to meet the company’s business needs and diversity practices
  • Work with business leaders as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, educating stakeholders on the recruitment process, interview techniques, selection criteria, and managing the flow and quality of candidates
  • Keeping up to date on market trends and information, providing business partners with insights and recommendations that will improve the quality of external hires.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers across all areas of the organization (accounting, finance, asset management, property management, etc.)
  • Advise the business on talent acquisition processes by setting expectations, providing clarity around processes, procedures, policies, and delivering efficiently and effectively
  • Advise on talent process and policy (referral program, internal hiring, posting, co-op, etc.) development and accessibility
  • Participate in ATS implementation by advising best talent acquisition practices and procedures
  • Efficiently complete multiple administrative processes tied to the overall recruitment process
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Leverage multiple existing ATS to shortlist candidates 
 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in either corporate or agency environments
  • Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations for markets across the country
  • Exceptional collaborative and relationship building skills
  • Customer Service – Our team prides itself on providing excellent customer service
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Adaptability and exceptional time management skills
  • Experience working on Talent Acquisition projects and asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Dayforce recruitment module and ICIMS would be an asset.
  • Completion of post secondary education in a related field
