In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

The Leasing & Marketing Coordinator role will report directly to the Senior Leasing Director and will provide support and assistance in the day-to-day leasing and Marketing functions. Such duties include several centralized functions, including all reporting, marketing initiatives, special projects, and systems training.


RESPONSIBILITIES

 
  • Direct day-to-day support to the Senior Director – Alberta Leasing
  • Support and ensure consistent processes across the Alberta Leasing Team 
  • Central Marketing contact responsible for a consistent approach for Edmonton Region
  • Maintain all administrative procedures for the Leasing Department 
  • Coordinate and assist in departmental projects 
  • Assist with research and preparation of all monthly reports (i.e., Stacking Plans, Availability Reports, etc.)
  • Coordinate administrative interactions with all property teams 
  • Responsible for researching, reporting, and maintaining current competitive market information 
  • Assist in selective tours with prospects 
  • Assist with the input of information into Yardi and Workflow
  • Assist in maintaining leasing information for the corporate and respective marketing websites 
  • Other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Leasing, Sales, or Training role
  • Completion of post-secondary degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or business-related community college diploma
  • Property Management/Real Estate experience an asset
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Yardi and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-up is required
  • Must be a self-starter with high degree of initiative, flexibility, and professionalism
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and interests while being culturally aware
