We’re looking for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to support our multi-residential marketing and leasing team! This role tracks online marketing trends, collects and analyzes data, develops campaign strategies, optimizes and reports online campaign performance, and communicates with a variety of with clients. Strong technical skills and the ability to present actionable insights that inform digital marketing and social media strategies are key for success.



Content + Campaigns

  • Define and implement key strategies that align with online marketing/business objectives
  • Manage internet listing sites (i.e. Padmapper, Zumper, Kijiji) to ensure accuracy
  • Manage Google Reviews, Google Business Profile as part of an overall reputation management strategy
  • Develop digital and social campaigns and web measurement strategies while keeping to budget.

Analytics + Insights
  • Collect and analyze customer, marketing, social media and web behavioral data.
  • Test campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance, when to increase/decrease various marketing spends.
  • Maintain dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports to deliver technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Develop advertising schedules and quantify performance metrics surrounding the success of ad placements and Google Adword campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze digital media, social media and marketing trends
  • Manage additional projects as needed.

Collaboration + Partnerships
  • Develop and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop a program to generate testimonials from current and past residents.
  • Work with partner agencies to build social media presence.
  • Other various special projects

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years of work experience preferred in Digital Marketing and Social Media
  • Experience in real estate and/or multi-residential industry is an asset
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel including understanding of Pivot Tables & Macros and experience with analytical and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual is an asset
