We’re looking for a Property Administrator who is extremely customer service driven and enjoys administrative work! This role is on the front-line and responds to a variety of tenant inquiries and customer questions in an efficient, friendly, & professional manner.
Coordination + Administration
  • Administrative duties such as maintenance of information into property management systems, inputting work orders, managing monthly tenant billables, purchase orders and other related job functions
  • Tenant Services, answering emails and phone calls from tenants and inputting into Angus.
  • Assisting with coordination and execution of events 
  • Maintaining event calendars, assisting with coordinating new tenant welcome package, and various ad-hoc projects
  • Assisting with Tenant Satisfaction Surveys and summaries
  • Managing the communication and execution of tenant Advisory Notices

Communication + Customer Service
  • Develop and maintain an effective line of communication with staff, tenants and contractors; coordinate with site staff and liaise with various internal teams to provide support as required
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and email inquiries and general reception duties
  • Ensure proper file management and archive of files
  • Responsibility for ongoing management of the management office (supplies, copiers, courier, and associated budgets)

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Previous administrative experience preferred  
  • Passionate about customer service and always looking for ways to go above and beyond
  • Nimble + adaptable with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to navigate complex situations
  • Interested in property management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • A high level of professionalism as this role works with professional tenants
  • Collaborative nature with strong communication skills
  • Post Secondary education
